No attorney–client relationship is formed by visiting this site or submitting information. Do not send confidential medical or wage records until we have executed a written engagement agreement. we run cookie-free, privacy-friendly analytics.

We process Personal Information under one or more lawful bases: client consent, preparation of a contract, legitimate interests in marketing our services, compliance with legal obligations, and for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

We do not sell Personal Information. We disclose it only to:

• Service providers (secure cloud case-management, HIPAA-compliant medical-record vendors, Netlify for hosting/analytics) under written agreements;
• Courts, opposing counsel, insurers—with client authorization—as required to prosecute claims;
• Government authorities when compelled by subpoena, court order, or ethics rules.

Our site uses Netlify Analytics, a cookie-free, server-side log solution. Netlify captures aggregate page-view data (anonymized IP, URL, timestamp, user-agent). No personal profiles are created, and no cross-site tracking occurs.

• Do Not Track – Our site currently honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

We protect information with TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access, offsite encrypted backups, and quarterly penetration testing.

If you become a client, we retain case files for one year after final disposition. Inquiry data is purged after 12 months unless litigation is reasonably anticipated.
